Register for an account on Forbes.com
- Go to Forbes.com
- Click on the "Sign In" link
- In the email field, be sure to enter your COCC email address. This is what links it to our institutional subscription.
- You'll be prompted to create a password. This is specific to Forbes.com, so be sure you remember it later.
- After creating a password, you encounter a series of "onboarding" screens asking for personal information and interests to personalize your account. You can skip all of these screens if you don't wish to provide this information.
- The final screen in this series prompts you to subscribe. Be sure to click "Skip" here, as you're going to have access through our institutional subscription and don't need to pay for your own.
- After you've progressed through the "onboarding" screens, click "Back to reading" to return to the Forbes content site.
Access content on Forbes.com
After you've created an account following the above directions, simply return to Forbes.com and sign in to access content.
Access content on the Forbes App
- Be sure you've created an account at Forbes.com.
- Download the Forbes app on Google Play or on the App Store. (If you search for the app to download, be sure to choose the Forbes app and not the Forbes Magazine app.)
- When prompted to sign in, use the account you created earlier to link your app access to COCC's subscription.
