Note: COCC's subscription provides access to Bulletin eEditions for the last 30 days and the Bulletin app (when on campus). It does not provide access to the general Bulletin website.
On Campus Access Options
Bend Bulletin App
- Make sure you are connected to a COCC wireless network (not an open community network or on cellular data).
- Download the Bulletin app from the App Store or Google Play.
- After opening the app, you can choose to read the "live" mode (which is updated throughout the day) or tap "eEdition" to see a digital version of the print paper.

Website eEdition
- You'll need to be on a COCC networked computer (e.g., in an office or in a public space, like a computer lab or the library) or have your laptop connected to a COCC wireless network.
- If you use the special COCC link to access the Bulletin, you'll automatically be directed to the eEdition version of the paper.
- If you access the Bulletin through its regular web link, choose "eEdition" from the menu options.

Off Campus Access Options
The Bulletin app does NOT work off campus with COCC's institutional subscription
Website eEditions
- Off campus, you must use the special COCC link to access the Bulletin. Otherwise, it doesn't know you're affiliated with COCC.
- If on a laptop or computer, you'll be directed to the eEdition version of the Bulletin.
- If on a mobile device, you'll be asked to choose your mode of access, either the App or the Browser-based version of eEditions. You need to choose the Browser-based option for the COCC subscription to work. (The App will not open from this page.)

Accessibility and eEditions
eEditions has an accessibility mode that will work better with screen readers than the print-replica format.
Turn on accessibility mode in the app
- Access the eEdition settings by tapping the "more" menu.

- Tap "Accessibility mode."

Turn on accessibility mode in the browser-based version
- Click on the "Options" menu.

- Navigate to the "Settings" tab and check the box by "Enable accessibility mode."
