All grant applications must first be submitted to the COCC Grants Office for approval.

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
Software for editing PDFs. Subscriptions currently start at $14.99 per month.
Jing
Create videos less than 5 minutes long. This free software is from the same company that makes Camtasia.
PicMonkey Basic
A basic online photo editor. Crop, rotate, sharpen, resize, touch-up and mark-up images. The paid premium version offers more tools.
Pixlr
A free online photo editor with an interface and tools similar to Photoshop.
PowToon
Make animated videos using an impressive library of templates and art. The free version will produce videos with PowToon branding.
Pressbooks
Export the text of an open book in MOBI, EPUB, and/or PDF for print-on-demand services. The free version will include Pressbooks watermarks.
